BCAP is committed to responsible and transparent financial stewardship. In 2024, BCAP maintained its Platinum Seal of Transparency on GuideStar. Candid awards four levels of transparency seals with Platinum being the highest rated seal.

 

BCAP focuses financial and in-kind resources on providing comprehensive, client-centered HIV Care Services for people living with HIV and Prevention Services for people at risk of acquiring HIV and/or hepatitis C. BCAP operates out of two offices with locations in the cities of Boulder and Longmont and primarily serves Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, and Clear Creek Counties in Colorado. In 2023, BCAP devoted 86% of the Agency’s resources to direct program services.

 

Since its enactment in 1990, the Ryan White CARE Act has been BCAP’s largest source of government revenue. Other revenue sources include, but are not limited to, local governments, corporations, foundations, faith-based organizations, individual donors, and special events.
